Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with a highly reputable, small, family run private care provider for a Home Manager in the Lincolnshire area. Are you an ambitious Unit lead/manager or Deputy Manager looking for the next step up in your career? Or perhaps you’re an experienced Manager wanting a change of scenery or a new challenge? This is a chance to part of an expanding group with an excellent retension rate. This position is available due to the previous long-standing manager of 10+ Years, stepping into alternative position within the business.

The candidate

My client is looking for a Manager who is personable, friendly and truly cares about person-centered care. The care homes priority is to provide ‘Outstanding’ care for the residents at every opportunity. It would be beneficial if you had experience working with dementia care however this is not essential. As the Manager, you should have a good understanding of CQC compliance as well as the ability to communicate effectively.

Key details

* Will consider an ambitious and career driven deputy manager, unit manager/ floor manager looking for a step up in their career.

* Will be fully supported by the Regional Support Manager

* Good occupancy levels, and good staffing to bed ratios

* Ample training, development, and support in place for career and experience progression

* Home is compliant with CQC.

* Location: Lincolnshire Area

* Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) + £4k welcome bonus

The service: Small sized elderly residential home with dementia care. Good reputation in the area and has a great team both internally and externally

Hours: Mon-Fri (The hours are flexible and can be discussed to suit your needs!)
