Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, who are seeking a General Manager for one of their larger, luxury services located in East Sussex.
This position would be perfect for a seasoned Home Manager with experience in a medium to large sized nursing home, with a strong history of CQC compliance. As General Manager you will have oversight of all daily operations while focusing on occupancy, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment and overseeing compliance in-line with the CQC. Your role will involve fostering a positive work environment, promoting staff well-being and development.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must hold previous experience as Home Manager who's RGN. Tenure of at least 2 years across previous services would be preferable with strong experience in achieving and maintaining Good to Outstanding CQC compliance. It's also vital that the new Home Manager is also able to market the home in the local community, continually working to drive and maintain the high occupancy levels within the home while building relationships with external professionals.

Requirements
* Previous Home Management experience in medium - larger services
* Strong CQC compliance with evidence of your abilities to maintain compliance.
* RGN (essential)

This home is located in East Sussex and would be a suitable commute from Eastbourne, Hailsham, Bexhill-on-Sea, Seaford, Battle, Uckfield, Newhaven, Rye, Lewes, Heathfield and other surrounding areas.
