Haverhill, Suffolk
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum (Negotiable DOE)
JCO Healthcare is delighted to be exclusively representing an established, privately owned nursing home in the Haverhill area to recruit an experienced Home Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded independent provider where you will have the autonomy to lead and develop the service, whilst being supported by a committed ownership team.
About the Role
As Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, financial and quality performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents at all times.
You will lead by example, inspire your team and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall management of the nursing home
* Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards
* Leading, motivating and developing the staff team
* Managing occupancy and resident experience
* Budget management and financial performance
* Building strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
* Driving a positive culture focused on quality care
About You
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Home Manager within elderly care
* A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Experience managing budgets and occupancy
* A passion for delivering outstanding care
Nurse qualification is not essential.
