Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: Spalding, PE11
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + excellent benefits package!

Time Recruitment are currently selecting a Registered Home Manager for our client's excellent, luxury care home in Spalding.

Our client is an award-winning, family-run care provider dedicated to providing top quality care across all their care homes and pride themselves on the communities they have created within their services. Our client has staff development as a top priority, and there are plenty of opportunities on offer for staff looking to continue their professional development.

The home itself has 60 beds and provides specialist dementia and residential care. The facility boasts rave review with a score of 9.9 on (url removed), a Good CQC and has an excellent reputation in the area!

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing a care home, with minimum 3 years' experience as Registered Manager
* Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry
* Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents
