Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications

Vacancy Type: Permanent

Whilst this role requires you to regularly work Monday to Friday office hours, you may occasionally be required to work out of office hours. This may include working weekends, working on bank holidays, sleeping-in duties, wake nights and or working evenings.

Ability and aptitude to incorporate Emotional Intelligence into every aspect of management of the home
Motivate and inspire staff team
Maintain ethical integrity, positivity, and caring attitude
Ability to work positively and creatively with the multi-disciplinary team
Excellent self-awareness. Demonstrates the ability to work on weakness and is aware when an area of work is beyond current skill and seeks support
The role encompasses responsibility for service user care, staffing, finance, environment, legislation, quality assurance, administration and strategic development, alongside general management and professional responsibilities.
