We are looking for a nurse-qualified Registered Manager to join an award-winning nursing home provider based in Mansfield. Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for elderly residents.
Develop, support and inspire multidisciplinary care teams within the home.
Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.About You
Must be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN)
Previous experience working as a Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Care Manager within elderly care.
Strong understanding of care quality, compliance and team leadership within a nursing home environment.
Care Inspectorate registration or eligibility to register.
Must have excellent knowledge of care systems and clinical governance
