Residential Home Manager | Elderly Care | North Wales
Stephen James Consulting is working with an established elderly care provider in the search for a Residential Home Manager based in North Wales.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into a Home Manager position within a small, fully occupied residential care home offering a stable and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the care home
* Leading, supporting, and developing the staff team
* Ensuring compliance with CIW standards and regulations
* Maintaining high standards of resident care and wellbeing
* Promoting a positive and person-centred culture within the home
Requirements:
* Previous experience within residential elderly care
* Experience at Deputy Manager level or above
* Strong knowledge of CIW regulations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
