Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion for providing top quality care to older people? Our client, a private care provider specialising in care for older people in a nursing setting, is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their team in Middlesbrough.
As the Home Manager, you'll receive a basic salary of £55,000, plus a bonus. You'll also have the opportunity to develop and progress within the company. With up to 33 days annual leave, you'll have plenty of time to relax and recharge.
Our client is a private care provider that specialises in caring for older people in a nursing setting. With a 'Good' CQC rating, they strive to maintain and improve the quality of care they provide. The company is easily accessible from Redcar & Cleveland, Middlesbrough, Guisborough, Thornaby, Saltburn-by-the-Sea and surrounding areas.
As the Home Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Managing finances and budgets
Ensuring the smooth daily running of the home
Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver the highest quality of care
