Key Requirements
*Experience as a home manager within an elderly care setting.
*Nursing qualification is preferable.
*History of achieving and maintaining the high occupancy levels.
*Providing the highest standard of care to residents.
*Ability to succeed in a positive and hard-working team.
*Taking leadership and being proud to be a large influence in the care home.
Salary of £60,000 - £65,000 with the opportunity to earn a generous annual bonus. An opportunity for a dedicated home manager that is not to be missed!
