We are looking for a nurse-qualified Registered Manager to join a beautiful care home based in Worthing. This fantastic Home Manager opportunity comes with a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per year, private healthcare insurance and more excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for elderly residents.
Develop, support and inspire multidisciplinary care teams within the home.
Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
About You
Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN).
Previous experience working as a Registered Manager.
Strong understanding of care quality, compliance and team leadership within a nursing home environment.
Care Inspectorate registration or eligibility to register.
Must have excellent knowledge of care systems and clinical governance.
