28- 32 hours per week
Are you an experienced garden retailer seeking a company that values its staff with competitive pay and a supportive work environment?
What's the job?
As the Home and food retail manager, you will be managing and leading a team to provide customers with a truly unique and memorable shopping experience. You will align with the business focus, driving sales and advancing the centre's goals through effective goal setting and leadership. Producing and ensuring a superior customer experience from start to finish and fostering strong employee engagement.
What should I have done before?
Previous experience working within a fast-paced quality retail environment is a plus, and a strong interest in the creative and entrepreneurial sides of retail is essential. You should be confident in leading and directing a large team and possess excellent communication skills.
Where will I be going?
