Home Care Assistant – Reigate
Nurse Seekers are currently recruiting a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Assistant to support clients in Reigate and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous care experience who are looking to develop their skills and make a positive impact by helping people maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
The Role
As a Home Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Supporting clients with their individual care needs and routines.
Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks where required.
Offering companionship and emotional support.
Promoting clients’ independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
Following care plans and ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you must:
Have some previous experience within the care sector.
Be a driver with a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to reliable transport.
Have the full right to work in the UK.
Be compassionate, patient, reliable, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
Have good communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Please note: This role is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must already have the full right to work in the UK.
