HOLIDAY PARK BRAND MANAGER

Salary: up to £31k with accommodation
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our client’s team on a full time, permanent basis, managing a well known food takeaway brand at the park.
About the role:
As a Brand Manager, you will support the Head of Food & Beverage, being responsible for engaging and inspiring your teams within one of their popular food takeaway brands on park. You will drive your team to always strive to be the best, meet KPI’s and follow standard operating procedures, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that every guest & owner on park receives a great customer experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Dealing with any employee relations issues as and should they arise
Ensuring the brands food or goods are prepared and delivered to spec and that wait times are always kept to a minimum
Implementing and maintaining the brand standards within the food outlet
You should have the following skills for this role:
- Strong management and leadership skills to lead a team within a Food & Beverage environment
- Confident decision maker
- Can exercise sound judgement and manage conflicting priorities when under pressure
- Have had previous responsibility for working with financial budgets
