Hod Carriers Required – Colchester, CO7
Location: Parsons Hill, Cowey Green, Colchester, CO7
Hours: 8am–4pm (8 hours paid)
Duration: Ongoing until Christmas
CSCS: Preferred but not essential
Rate: £20p/h
The Role
We’re looking for 2–3 reliable Hod Carriers to join a new-build housing project in Colchester,
Duties include:
Supplying bricklayers with bricks, blocks and mortar
Mixing mortar and keeping materials stocked
Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
Supporting bricklayers to keep the job moving efficiently
Requirements:
Previous hod carrying or construction labouring experience
CSCS card preferred but not essential
Physically fit, hardworking and reliable
