Exciting Opportunity for Higher-Level Teaching Assistants in Shropshire!
£110 - £120/day
Are you passionate about supporting students' learning and development? Do you have experience in education and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of children? We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our schools across Shropshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of high-quality lessons in a range of subjects.
Work closely with class teachers to provide targeted assistance for students.
Support children with additional needs and adapt resources to suit individual learning styles.
Lead small group interventions and contribute to the development of lesson plans.
Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
A Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally in a HLTA or teaching assistant role.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with young people.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to supporting students in reaching their full potential.
