Are you an enthusiastic HLTA or a Level 3 TA looking to make a positive impact in a secondary school setting?
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Bolton, helping students to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
The Role:
* Work closely with teaching staff to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Deliver targeted interventions and lead small group or one-to-one sessions
* Support students with a range of learning needs, helping them to build confidence, engagement, and independence
* Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every student can succeed
About You:
* Hold HLTA status or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
* Have previous experience working within a school environment
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
* Be confident adapting support strategies to meet the needs of individual learners
* Be passionate about helping young people achieve their academic and personal goals
