Are you a dynamic HLTA looking for your next role to involve covering lessons across all primary key stages?

Have you had previous experience in delivering lessons in teachers' absences and booster sessions?

Can you help to improve numeracy and literacy results?

Academics are working with a beautiful, popular and friendly Primary School in Faversham to recruit an engaging HLTA to support teachers in Years R-6. If you have a confident knowledge of the primary curriculum and a hardworking, supportive and friendly approach, we would love to hear from you.

This school are looking for someone to begin in May 2024 until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will have:

HLTA qualified
Experience working in a Primary setting and leading lessons
Positive behaviour management
The ability to work positively and effectively under pressure, taking note of, and acting on, all issues relating to the well-being and safeguarding of children
You must be approachable, inspiring and enthusiastic with excellent communication skillsAcademics can offer you:
