Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a stable, long-term role this September? Or are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) wanting to build your confidence and gain valuable teaching experience across different year groups without the pressure of full class planning?
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated HLTA for a long-term position at a fantastic school in Blackburn, starting this September.
This role is perfect for a qualified HLTA with a proven track record, or an ECT looking to develop their classroom management skills across multiple key stages.
What the Role Involves:
PPA Cover: Confidently delivering pre-planned lessons during teachers' Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time.
Cross-Year Group Experience: Working across different year groups, providing a brilliant opportunity to see variety and find your preferred key stage.
Classroom Leadership: Leading classes independently, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting student progress.
Who We Are Looking For:
A certified HLTA OR an ECT wanting practical, hands-on teaching experience.
Someone with direct experience delivering PPA cover or leading whole classes.
An adaptable, passionate professional ready to commit to a long-term school placement.
