An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) behaviour specialist who is hardworking, ambitious, and inspiring.

Job Description:

Monday – Friday, 8:15 – 4:00pm, term-time only
ASAP 
£84-£105 a day
Working with Secondary schools in the Salford, Tameside, Bury and South Manchester area. We get roles in weekly on a first come first served basis. 

The school is very lively and has a lot of room for personal development.

Job Role:

You will be required to work with children who have challenging needs.
You will be supported and will be joining a well experienced team.
12-months reference-able experience is essential
The role requires a confident and patient individual who has competent behaviour management skills.
Skills needed:

12 months experience of working in a school environment.  
NVQ HLTA -behaviour specialist or equivalent in Childcare.
Ability to relate well to children and adults.
Working constructively as part of a team
Good literacy and numeracy skills
