Key Responsibilities:
Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups and abilities.
Lead small-group and one-to-one interventions.
Assist with assessment, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold HLTA status or possess significant experience in a similar role.
Have a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
Be confident managing classroom behaviour and leading learning independently.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be committed to supporting the academic and personal development of every pupil.
