This is an excellent opportunity for a committed HLTA who is looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs while also securing a long-term or permanent position within a specialist setting.

The role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting pupils with:

* Autism (ASC)

* ADHD

* SEMH needs

* Moderate learning difficulties

The Role

As a HLTA within this SEND school, you will:

* Support pupils with a range of additional needs

* Deliver small group interventions and targeted support

* Provide classroom cover where required

* Work closely with teaching staff and SEND professionals

* Help create a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

* Build strong relationships with pupils to support emotional wellbeing and progress

Requirements

* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

* Previous experience within a SEND or specialist setting

* Strong behaviour management and communication skills

* Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach

* Passion for supporting children with additional needs
