HLTA - Previous experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant required
HLTA - Experience supporting teaching and learning across the primary age range desirable
HLTA - Must be confident delivering interventions and covering lessons when required
HLTA - Required full time ASAPHave you previously worked as a HLTA?

The Role - HLTA
Seeking a confident and proactive HLTA to support pupils aged 4-11 within a primary school setting. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted interventions, support pupils across a range of abilities and provide whole-class cover when required. The role involves assisting with lesson delivery, planning and leading learning activities, monitoring pupil progress, supporting behaviour management and helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. You will play a key role in raising attainment and supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
