Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexibility in your career? The Role

As a HLTA, you will:

Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in the teacher's absence.
Support pupils' learning and development both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
Work closely with teachers and senior leaders to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Support children with additional needs, including SEN, where required.
Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant qualification.
Have recent experience working within a UK primary school setting.
Be confident leading whole-class learning across different year groups.
Demonstrate excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
Have a flexible and proactive approach to supporting schools and pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
