Join the school as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and immerse yourself in the enriching SEND provision, focusing on supporting a group of children in Reception.

Your Mission:

Empower every student, no matter the need, to fully engage with the enriching curriculum.

Your Responsibilities:

Conducting targeted small group and 1:1 interventions to boost individual student development.
Assisting in classroom setup and maintaining an environment conducive to learning.
Collaborating on activity planning and material preparation to ensure curriculum accessibility.
Taking the lead and providing support for class, group, and individual activities, both indoors and outdoors.
Monitoring student progress, evaluating achievements, and communicating outcomes with class teachers. What you need for this HLTA role:

Hold an Enhanced Child workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one 
A degree qualification in any area
Previous experience working with children with SEND
Hold current and valid Right to Work status in the UK (Sponsorship is not available for this role)
Demonstrate effective communication skills and excellent classroom management Please note: a full registration with anzuk may be required for this role
