To install, service, repair, and maintain Heat Interface Units (HIUs), ensuring reliable heating and hot water services. Support metering and billing by installing, commissioning, testing, and maintaining heat meters and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, repair, and fault-find HIUs.
* Install, commission, and replace HIUs and heat meters.
* Diagnose and resolve heating, hot water, and metering faults.
* Ensure accurate meter readings and support billing systems.
* Complete job reports and maintain service records.
* Follow health, safety, and company procedures.
* Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties.
Requirements
* Experience servicing and repairing HIUs.
* Knowledge of heat metering and billing systems.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Relevant plumbing/heating qualifications.
* Full UK driving licence
