Description:
Simply Education are looking to recruit a History Teacher for an immediate start to work in a popular Secondary School in Lincoln.
This role is to start as soon as possible and will be on an ongoing basis, with the possibility of this becoming a long term role.
The History Teacher will be required to have excellent subject knowledge and be comfortable teaching from a scheme of work uptil GCSE level. To start with there will not be a requirement to complete any planning and marking responsibilities, however, this might change over time.

As the History teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons in History lessons to students aged 11-16 years old
Use interactive teaching methods to bring geography concepts to life
Monitor student progress and adapt lesson plans to meet varying needs
Implement effective classroom management strategies
Collaborate with other teachers across disciplines
Communicate with parents about student growth
The ideal candidate has:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience of teaching across the History curriculum
Strong classroom leadership abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative and student-focused teaching style
Ability to incorporate digital tools into lessons
