We are seeking an experience History teacher to work at one of our most established Secondary School located in the bustling London borough of Southwark supporting them with temporary and Permanent staffing.

Role: History Teacher

Location: Greater London

Contract: Permanent

Start: September 2024

Rate: MP5 Scale

Ideal Candidate:

A will to guide students to academic success want to contribute to our broad and creative curriculum offer.
Strong understanding of KS3 & 4 Curriculum.
Show ability to engage with students and address their academic needs.
Exhibit a strong commitment to the holistic development of students, fostering an environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential.
You enjoy working as part of a collaborative & committed multi-disciplinary team.
You want to work within an organisation that support, develops and invests in their staff.Requirements:

PGCE and QTS/QTLS: Hold a recognized teaching qualification such as a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) and possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
Demonstrate proven experience working with students who have severe SEN needs, particularly those with autism and complex needs.
Be adaptable and flexible, tailoring teaching methods to suit the individual learning styles of students within the class.
