HIRING NURSES

Description:

Statim Healthcare are looking to recruit qualified nurses to work with NHS. As a registered nurse you will be required to care for people who are ill, injured, suffering from mental health issues, or have physical disabilities.
A skilled mental health nurse should be able to demonstrate the following; leadership skills; ability to work on your own initiative; excellent record keeping skills; effective communication skills and excellent time management skills.
As an RMN, the practical care you give could include:
Checking temperatures
Measuring blood pressure and breathing rates
Helping doctors with physical examinations
Giving drugs and injections
Giving blood transfusions
Wound Care
Peg feed
As a RMN, you must be sympathetic and non-judgmental. You will need to be able to gain a patient’s trust and manage emotional situations, the practical care you give could include:
Assessing and supporting patients
Encouraging patients to take part in role play, art, drama and discussion as therapies
Physical care, if the patient is too old or ill to look after themselves
Giving medication to patients.
Requirements
You must have a nursing qualification and hold a valid NMC Pin.
Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure
Previous experience is mandatory
Knowledge of current care practices laid down by the CQC
