Hire Desk Controller
Location: Weston-Super-Mare

We're looking for someone experienced on a busy hire desk to handle bookings, off‑hires and invoicing, while keeping customers and internal teams updated.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing hire contracts from start to finish

Coordinating with customers, transport, sales and workshop

Handling calls and emails across multiple mailboxes

Keeping equipment availability and records accurate

Building relationships with key customers

Ensuring all paperwork and billing is correct
Requirements:

Strong organisation and time management

Confident telephone manner

Good attention to detail

Comfortable with Excel/Microsoft Office

Able to work under pressure
Desirable:

Syrinx experience (training provided)

Previous hire desk or account management experience
Experience Requirement: Plant‑hire experience is essential. If you haven't worked in plant hire or on a hire desk before, this role won't be suitable.
