Hire Controller
Location: UB6
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
NEOS Engineering are working with a leading specialist in hydraulic attachments and construction equipment who are looking to appoint an experienced Hire Controller to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business supplying equipment into the demolition, construction, recycling and civil engineering sectors. You'll play a key role in ensuring the hire operation runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
Manage hire enquiries, quotations and contracts.
Coordinate deliveries, collections and off-hires.
Liaise with the workshop to maximise fleet availability.
Build strong customer relationships.
Ensure all hire administration is completed accurately.
Support the sales team and maximise hire opportunities.
About You
Previous experience as a Hire Controller or Hire Desk Controller.
Background in Plant Hire, Hydraulic Attachments, Construction Equipment, Tool Hire or Powered Access.
Strong organisational and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
