Based: Inverness
Salary: up to £25k

This Hire Controller position doesn't require previous experience, you can learn on the job.
Working with a fun and friendly team in Inverness, no weekends!
Job Description
Support the branch in all areas of hire, sales and customer service (no cold calling)
Process customer orders over the phone, occasionally help out with deliveries and collections
Be the first point of contact for customers over the counter and on the telephone to maximise hire and sales revenue
Carry out daily compliance and health and safety checks as directed
Assist and attend stock takes as required
Be part of an operational branch team maintaining first class customer service
About you…
Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
Great communicator with the ability to relay information clearly to customers
Good attention to detail, good IT skills and knowledgeable about the area
Valid driving licence
Knowledge of the hire industry is desirable but not essentialBenefits
