Description:
We are looking for 2x Highways Supervisors to join a Subcontractor on a major highway project on the M25 near Wisley. These are for immediate starts with working carrying through to the end of the year.
There can be long term contract/permanent opportunities for the right candidate, with ongoing work in the SE of England.
Role will be paid CIS
Experience
Minimum 5 years Highways, schemes, and supervisory experience
Comms. and street lighting
Working on a National Highways project
Good knowledge of relevant reporting procedures
Exposure to high-paced environment
Responsibilities and Production
Ensure compliance with Contractor Safety, Health and Environmental requirements and company procedures
Ensure Quality and Performance Standards
Effective planning and programming of the works
Ensure commercial success of projects supervised
Provide effective Team Leadership and Management
General Management Approach
Qualifications
SSSTS or SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Clean driving licence
