We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Highway Operative. The chosen candidates key responsibilities will consist of:

* Excavation and reinstatement of roads, footways, and utility trenches
* Laying ducts, pipes, and drainage systems
* Operating hand tools and small plant equipment safely
* Assisting with site preparation and groundwork activities
* Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean worksite
* Supporting utility installation, repair, and maintenance projects
