About the role:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant school community.
As an HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Your experience and commitment to education will help create an inspiring and nurturing learning environment.
Application Requirements:
• Experience:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Skills:
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the school and its students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Learning:
Work alongside teachers to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
• Individual and Group Support: Provide targeted support to individual students and small groups, helping them to overcome learning challenges.
• Classroom Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
• Student Development:
Foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of students through supportive interactions.
