Pay: £100–£120 per day
Hours: 8:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday

Supply Desk is recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND provision within a thriving secondary school in the New Forest.

You'll support students across KS3 and KS4, helping them access learning, develop confidence and make progress both academically and personally.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA, TA or SEND professional looking for a rewarding long-term role within a supportive school environment.

You'll be:

Delivering small-group interventions
Supporting students with a range of SEND needs
Adapting resources and activities
Supporting students to access the curriculum
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
Monitoring progress and contributing to records
Working closely with teachers and SEND staff
Building strong, positive relationships with students
We're looking for someone who:

Holds an HLTA, CACHE Level 3 or relevant Education qualification
Has experience supporting students with SEND
Is confident supporting academic, social and emotional needs
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
Is patient, flexible and resilient
Ideally has secondary school experience
You'll receive:
