About the role:

Join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), starting as soon as possible for a long-term opportunity. • A background in education or previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.

• While formal qualifications aren't always mandatory, a relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with students, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons by preparing resources, supervising activities, and providing one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed.

• Take the lead in facilitating small group activities or interventions, ensuring that all students receive personalised support tailored to their individual needs.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, assessment preparation, and maintaining a tidy and organised classroom environment, allowing teachers to focus on teaching and learning.
