The Role:
As a HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering planned lessons to classes during teacher absences.
Supporting teachers in planning and preparing learning activities.
Leading small group interventions and 1:1 support sessions.
Assisting with the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to foster a positive learning environment.Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent (applications are also welcomed from ECTs looking to gain more experience ahead of completing their first ECT Year)
Previous experience in a similar role within a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
