The role:
We are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to cover PPA for 3 days per week after the May half term. As Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) you would be responsible to manage classroom behaviour, whilst ensuring pupils remain on task, completing the work that has been set. This is a long-term role working with one of our partner schools. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an interim role or not looking to commit to a permanent position at present.

The applicant:
The successful applicant is expected to have maths and English (GCSE grade C/4 and above) or alternatively a suitable childcare qualification. Experience and personality are equally desirable. Being able to work in a team as well as individually is important to provide maximum support to the class teacher.
