About the role:

We are excited to announce an opening for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at our esteemed school. This full-time position offers a competitive daily salary of £100 – £120. You will be working with a dynamic team, supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for our students. Application Requirements:

• Experience working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

• A commitment to inclusive education and sensitivity to cultural diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting classroom teachers in planning and delivering lessons.

• Leading small group activities and interventions.

• Providing one-on-one support to students as needed.

• Assisting in the assessment and tracking of student progress.

• Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
