Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant with a Level 4 qualification, or a qualified teacher with QTS looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school environment?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive school in Wythenshawe (M23) seeking a confident and enthusiastic HLTA or Teacher to join their team.
The Role
As part of a dedicated staff team, you will:
Deliver planned lessons across a range of year groups when required
Support pupils' learning and development both in and out of the classroom
Work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality educational support
Lead small group interventions and targeted learning activities
Contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
A Level 4 HLTA qualification OR Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous experience working within a primary school setting
Strong classroom management skills
A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
