We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our Primary school.
About the HLTA Role This HLTA position involves providing structured support different year groups, Positive enviroment. Your days will be spent covering PPA sessions across school. The school have had positive feedback from previously staff members and have a good ofsted report. 

This is an ideal role for a HLTA who is passionate working within Primary school environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent support as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
Use strong behaviour management and de-escalation techniques.
Build positive relationships with pupils with high-level behaviour needs.
Support pupils’ emotional regulation, communication and routine.
Work collaboratively with the SENCo, teachers and wider school team.
Contribute to personalised support plans and pupil observations.What We’re Looking For
HLTA status (or equivalent HLTA experience).
Experience working within a school
Suitable for an ECT looking to gain more experience
Confident, consistent behaviour management skills.
A calm, patient and resilient approach.
Ability to build trust and create a safe, structured learning environment.
