HLTA - Intervention & Classroom Support Specialist**
Primary Education | Full-Time | Aspire People

Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)** to support teaching and learning within a primary school setting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering targeted intervention programmes while also providing classroom cover and supporting teachers across the school.

This position is ideal for a HLTA who enjoys helping pupils overcome learning barriers and supporting schools in raising attainment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Delivering intervention programmes across Reading, Writing, Maths, and Phonics
* Leading lessons during teacher release time and staff absence
* Supporting pupils through targeted small-group learning sessions
* Monitoring and recording pupil progress
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders
* Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs where required
* Helping maintain high standards of teaching and learning

**The School Is Looking For Someone Who:**
* Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
* Has recent experience within a UK primary school
* Has strong curriculum knowledge across primary education
* Is confident leading whole-class learning independently
* Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* Is passionate about improving pupil outcomes
