TeacherActive are proud to be working with a primary school in Swansea who are looking for a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant commencing September 2024
The successful candidate will join a team of enthusiastic, committed staff who always put the needs of their children first and the school is situated at the heart of the community.
TeacherActive are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and skilled HLTA who:
Can initially support teaching and learning across the Primary age range for 27.5 hours per week;
Is committed to high expectations of progress and behaviour;
Is able to cover PPA sessions and to provide short term cover in classes throughout the school (e.g. leadership and management time and staff absence);
Has an understanding of the changes to the Curriculum for Wales
Has a flexible and supportive approach to changing demands;
Has the ability to maintain a smile even when things get tough!
