The role is a full-time, permanent appointment and the school is located between Lincoln and Grimsby.

About the Role: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering the curriculum by working closely with teachers and teaching assistants throughout the planning cycle and managing resources. Your advanced knowledge and skills will ensure all students make progress by planning, monitoring, assessing, and managing classes. You will also foster student independence and support those with medical, personal care, and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Inclusion in their duties.
Deliver and support curriculum activities in collaboration with teachers and teaching assistants.
Promote student progress through effective planning, monitoring, and assessment.
Encourage students to become independent learners.
