High Ropes Instructor

Whinfell Forest | £13.83 per hour

Lead the way up, empower guests to conquer, climb and soar

Join our team and deliver fun, safe and memorable activity experiences for guests. In this hands-on role, you'll coach and supervise a range of adventure sessions while ensuring all equipment and safety standards are maintained to the highest level.

What you'll be doing

Instruct and supervise activities such as aerial adventure, climbing and tree trekking

Meet and engage guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience 

Set up, inspect and maintain equipment in line with company safety guidelines

Your working hours

Part-time contract

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 to 120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

This role includes weekends and bank holidays

About you

Must be aged 18 years or over

Ability to perform under pressure with good communication skills

Physically capable to meet the demands of the role and comfortable working at height

Confident, sociable and works well in a team
