Are you a dynamic and highly motivated High Net Worth (HNW) / Private Client - Account Executive? Look no further! Green Barks Search proudly represents a distinguished family-owned brokerage with a footprint spanning 14 offices across England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland and we're seeking a talented individual to fill a brand-new position as an Account Executive.

As the Private Lines Account Executive, your primary mission is to nurture and expand their esteemed HNW portfolio. This role involves engaging with high-value clients, converting new business enquiries, and providing exemplary service for a range of assets including household, motor, art, yachts, and other HNW areas. You'll also harness leads within our Group to maximise opportunities for growth.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

* Craft compelling market presentations and manage client documentation efficiently.

* Drive new business acquisitions while fostering enduring client relationships.

* Uphold exceptional standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

* Demonstrated expertise in Private Clients and HNW products within a broking capacity.

* A relentless drive and eagerness to expand knowledge within the insurance sector.

* Proven success in both winning new business and retaining a loyal client base.

* Relevant qualifications such as Cert CII, or a commitment to obtaining them.

* Superb customer service skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Ability to navigate Acturis systems with ease (preferred).

Competitive salary with an annual pay review and bonus scheme.

Bonus: Performance Bonus + a 5% Christmas Bonus

Annual Leave: 27 days + Bank Holidays plus the ability to buy or sell 3 days

Pension Scheme: Auto enrolled into our Defined Contribution scheme initially at employee 5% and employer 3%, then upon successful completion of probationary period employee minimum rate of 4% and employer max rate of 9%

Death In Service: Cover at 4 times annual salary
