Top Gear Recruitment are currently recruiting for HGV2 drivers to work alongside one of our busy distribution clients out of Wolverhampton.
This role does include multi drop delivery of orders to clients across the UK.
You will be providing excellent customer service with a positive, problem-solving response to individual customer needs.
Job role;
* Multi drop delivery of customers’ orders including pallet drops in an organised and timely fashion
* Loading your lorry according to your daily route whilst following all CPC regulations
* Dealing with customer queries upon delivery
* Taking responsibility for the zone and lorry that you work in; this includes ensuring good housekeeping standards are maintained
* Supporting other departments as required
What do you need for this role;
* You must have a good understanding of tachograph rules and regulations.
* Confident using forklift trucks/Moffett. A forklift license and Moffett experience would be advantageous however not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate.
* You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service
* Candidates must be CPC qualified and must not have more than 6 points on their license to be considered for the role
* Excellent work ethic is required, as well as punctuality and reliability
* Initiative and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and careful precision to meet targets
