Locations: Camberley, Dorking & Esher
Rate: £20.00 per hour PAYE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:30pm
Contract: 3 months initially – ASAP start
Potential: Temp-to-permanent opportunity for the right person
Lynx Employment Services are currently looking for experienced HGV / Vehicle Technicians to join a busy operation across three Surrey depot locations.
You'll be carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles and equipment, helping to keep the fleet safe, reliable and ready for work.
We're looking for one Technician at each site, so we're particularly interested in people who are able to work from one of the following locations:

Camberley – GU15 3DF

Dorking – RH4 1EH

Esher – KT10 8AS
### The role

Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs
Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults
Complete inspections and maintenance checks
Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained to a safe and reliable standard
Work safely and in line with relevant procedures
Complete maintenance records and paperwork where required
Support the wider depot/fleet operation as needed
### What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / HGV Technician / Plant Technician or similar
Good mechanical knowledge and practical repair skills
Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs effectively
Relevant mechanical qualifications are desirable
HGV licence is desirable but not essential
Good approach to health and safety
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Overtime may be available, although this is not guaranteed
