The Role
* Inspect, service and repair HGV trailers
* Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections
* Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
* Work on braking, suspension, air systems and trailer components
* Carry out electrical fault-finding and repairs
* Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
* Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and maintenance standards
About You
* Previous HGV trailer experience is essential
* Strong experience servicing and repairing commercial vehicle trailers
* Confident diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
* Good knowledge of trailer braking, suspension and air systems
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, professional and safety-conscious
* Relevant qualifications are advantageous
