Company eventsDuties:
Conduct detailed inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers, ensuring safety and operational standards are met
Accurately complete all compliance and repair documentation
Diagnose and resolve faults using EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE
Participate in ongoing product and industry training to develop technical expertise
Deliver excellent customer service under tight deadlines
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Uphold company values and professional behaviour
Adapt to changing duties as directed by managementRequirements for the HGV Trailer Technician Position:
Proven experience with semi-trailers or heavy vehicles
Industry-recognised qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQs
HGV Class 1 driving licence
IRTEC accreditation
Experience with EBS diagnostics, including Knorr Bremse, Haldex, and WABCO systems
Welding certification
Knowledge of axle manufacturers such as BPW, SAF, or JOST
Training or experience with tail lifts
